Thoughts on recent plamos

Speaking of plamos, after the All Japan Model & Hobby Show 2012, lot's of new plamos shows up there. I have to say, the ones that shows up were incredibly enticing. Even so, due to my limited budget, I'm limiting my "must get list" to just 3. Here they are by order of priorities:

Merry Christmas and a happy 1/100 VF-25F

Huh, I haven't been celebrating Christmas for the last 5-6 years, and the last one and this one was pretty awful, but I've bought a couple of stuff, so I guess it's time for celebration!!


1/100 VF-25F because I need a red-and-white for this year's santa (no, Figma Reimu would be too hard and expensive to get right now).
RG Freedom because I love RG and will get every single one of them (yet I haven't gotten the green Zaku HAHAHA).
HGUC Gouf Custom wasn't a new buy but has been in my backlog for a while because I'm in a slump.
And Kotobukiya's Flying Base 3 because I need one for my Takemikazuchi, and because bd77 has been promoting them as pretty damn awesome.

[Mini WIP] HGUC Delta Plus

Hey guys, finally finished the mid exams. ^^

I have finished the HGUC Delta Plus, but I didn't manage to get many pics for WIP (even though I did quite a bit of coloring extras here and there). And even then the pics were taken with bad lighting which forces me to crank up the exposure and brightness while sacrificing quality, really sorry ;^^

So I've been reading more magazine shots of the upcoming HGUC/AW/FC kits that I've been watching for a while on Gundam Guy, and surprisingly I realized a lot of stuffs I didn't know before.

Interesting stuff from 50th All Japan Plamodel Hobby Show

50th All Japan Plamodel Hobby Show has been a pretty interesting show (I pretty much always says this whenever a show exhibited many new upcoming kits ;^^).

After reading from Gundam Guy and Gundam Model Kits and Figures, here are the kits that had me interested or a definite buy!!

[Review] HGUC GM Striker

Finally I posted this review! Sorry if anybody waited ;^^, I was delayed by college, keeping in tune with latest animes, the destruction of my RG's beam rifle's peg (and it's fruitless attempts at repairing it ;_;), and also because Cosmic Break were having 8x exp and money event :p.

And the rivalry between Subaru and God Gundam continues.
Quite a bit of photoshop testing there. I wonder if I overkilled on some stuff there ;^^.
Because I didn't have a MG action base for the ReZEL, I used two Figma stands and put each of the stand between the body and legs.

[Introduction] GM Striker

I think I need start posting the WIP of HGUC GM Striker I finished a month ago ;^^.
I'll start with introducing the original unit's background.

Models: HGUC 1/144 RX-0 Unicorn Gundam Unicorn mode & Destroy mode

These pictures were taken last March and was left unedited on my notebook :P.
And since Divinelight from Celestial Gundam is making a groupbuild of Unicorn, I thought I'll just register them (although I registered them VERY late :p).

Many of the pics were taken as a test using my roommate's emergency light.

You can see that I put quite a lot of decals on Destroy mode (much more than the ver. Ka XD) and red lining on the Unicorn mode (made with a cheap red marker :P).
For a guy that usually only do snap-fit and then full lining and a bit of marking, these two probably had the most "extra works" among my model kits.

Model: HGUC 1/144 RGM-89 Jegan

These pics were taken half a year ago, right after I finished building the Jegan (I haven't managed to put the marking stickers on yet). I took a ride on my friend's car into an empty field nearby and took some pictures with my cell phone above his car. My friend told me to take some picture on the field itself, and at first I was like "nah..." but in the end I did it anyway. and I sure glad I did. :)

The red camera/sensor on the forehead and the back of the head are red transparent parts instead of stickers. The eye parts are a clear piece.
