Finally posted this WIP ;^^.




This build is for the Jesta group build at MVP Figure. I mostly just add silver some... okay, everywhere :p.
Also, I used Chubbybot's sand all part technique as usual :).

[WIP] HGFC Nobell Gundam

UNIQUE IN MANY POINTS
Nobell is definitely an interesting kit from many aspect, and the first interesting thing that got in my mind (other than its a she-gundam) is it's box size and price.

Nobell's box is slightly smaller than GM Custom's, yet she's slightly more expensive than GM Custom.
(Nobell: 1500 yen, GM Custom: 1300 yen)
I guess that means plastic quantity isn't the only factor affecting the price, but the build design's quality too.
It's also funny how they're released next to each other, yet the build design is literally years different (sorry, pet peeves of mine :p)

Some of these parts, and those ABS joints... Where have I seen them?
Oh right, the HGUC GM Striker.
Apparently a lot of the GM kit shares these old runner, even the upcoming HGUC GM Cannon II and GM III :(.
Fine then, to make up with the outdated build design, I'll try to put more work on the detailing!

All right, here we go with the WIP of this kit. I have been waiting for the Sinanju to appear in HGUC form, and seeing how many unit that appeared on the first episode of Gundam Unicorn get a HGUC release before/after the first episode aired (Unicorn, Stark Jegan, Loto, Geara Zulu, & Loto), I called the appearance of HGUC Sinanju within the release of the 2nd episode of the Gundam Unicorn anime XD.

I didn't try to put any mod to any part of this kit other than the most simple of mods(I avoided mods most other kit that I built, since I had bad memories of doing mods on a kit =_=;), but I tried putting as many touch-up as I can.

Let's continue with the last part for God Gundam's Work in Progress.
Starting with the feet

Normal feet build. The left has the sole panel lined. The biggest difference with usual HGUC kit is that the sole of the feet has different color than the base of the feet, but that was the original design anyway.

Okay, I'll be honest. I'm still not used to taking pictures when building a plamo kit, especially if there's no trouble in sight (because I would be just enjoying the whole building process and forget much other stuff). So... yes, I forgot to take pictures in some of the process of building the upper body this kit, specifically the arms & shoulders. I'm really sorry about that.

Back to the building. Next is the upper body, starting from the Energy Multiplier (the generator on the chest that opens up when God Gundam is about to pull a finishing move).

The energy multiplier were supposed to be in yellow, yet the parts provided would result in only blue.
