Sidestory: Local Lego Competition - Final part

Wait, I though last time I said I'm doing GM Striker's WIP next.

Oh well. Anyway, the Lego's are already on exhibition on a local mall, and they're going to announce the winner.

So I came.
The event's not starting yet.
Waits, wanders around.
The event finally started 2-3 hours late.

[Introduction] GM Striker

I think I need start posting the WIP of HGUC GM Striker I finished a month ago ;^^.
I'll start with introducing the original unit's background.

After not getting any SIC with the reason of price or design for a while, I finally gave in to the temptation and bought my very first SIC, Kamen Rider Ixa & Dark Kiva.

Today I went to a local Video Game Forum's Grand Gathering (although the Admin said this one was a mini-Grand Gathering) at a game rental.

You could say this is a continuation from previous Revoltech Woody article.



2chan users had uploaded many pictures exploiting Sci-Fi Revoltech Woody's "evil face" (although 2chan users preferred calling it "perverted face"), with hilarious and/or creepy results.

Evil Revoltech Woody!!

I wasn't interested in the Revoltech lines (at least not yet). But when Sci-Fi Revoltech announced that they're gonna make Woody and Buzz from Toy Story, I can't help but get interested (not enough to make me buy them, but at least it piqued it)since Toy Story 3 touched me.
Then many news and review were up, and just because, I read most of 'em.

So the thing is, Woody gets a feature of moveable eyeballs and two interchangeable face.

oh, I guess that's okay, dunno. Somehow I thought the face wasn't "neutral" enough, but wasn't "happy" enough either.
Oh well, let's just take a look on the second face, probably it's better...

The figure looked very awesome with realistic articulation and gimmick (full finger joints FTW!).
I think I would buy this kit... if I'm not in a monetary pinch (which I do now ^^;)
so I guess I'll just wait till they do MG Fang Joker :3
