Banner's progress

I really wanted to make this banner as good as I can, so it might take a little longer even though some can say that I'm very close to finishing it. And it doesn't help that my teacher wanted me to script some extra code for my report's revision ;=_=.

That said, here's how far I've made it:

Thanks to my friend for recommending me a cool Photoshop plugin.
I still need to alter the angles and size so it'll fit banner size.

By the way, do you guys prefer it to look like a painting or not?
I think I'll put this as another poll. It's on the right side of the site.

    I like the two Gundam crops and the painting filter. Not too sure about the background. I'm sure there's something more stylish than the windows xp default.

    Background looks kinda of cheesy for the poses... Maybe use some sort of a mechanical background?

    This is nice, but I think the background should be like is space or some mecha battlefield? just to make the background theme matches those mobile suits :D

      I'm unsure. At one side I'm kinda afraid it would deviate a bit too much from the parody, but on the other side I'm stressed with rotating the angle of the Gundams so that it'll fit the shape of a banner, while keeping this background.
      I'll see what I can do. Thx for the tip :).
